I’m Dr. Kara Foster, and I am honored to serve on the Holly Springs Town Council. I live here, raise my family here, and run a local eye care practice built on prevention, education, and putting people first. That same approach guides how I show up as your elected official.
My focus areas are clear: healthy, walkable neighborhoods, smart and balanced growth that protects our small-town feel, and policies that support long-term community wellness. I care deeply about transparency and accessibility, and I work hard to listen, learn, and communicate clearly about the decisions that shape our town.
